Early Registration Cost:  $45
After March 18, add $10
Deadline for registration is April 15.

Evaluations
Monday (4 years old - 2nd grade)  6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday (3rd - 6th grade)  6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Sign-up Information
Registration forms may be obtained from Geyer Springs First Baptist Church or Oak Park Baptist Church.  Forms may also be mailed or faxed to you by calling Speedy Wilkerson in the church office at 455-3474.  Please return your completed forms and registration fees to Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, either by mail or dropping off at the church office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
