God created all differently yet wonderful! The purpose of our Special Gifts Ministry is to accommodate, accept, and encourage the spiritual development of all individuals with special needs while encouraging and offering hope to parents and siblings. We are committed to providing excellent care in an environment of acceptance and belonging so that those with special needs may experience the love of Jesus and excel to their greatest potential becoming all that God desires them to be.

Learning Opportunities
Each Sunday morning, we offer Sunday school classes at 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. that are specifically designed for children and adults that have special needs. The classes include fun hands-on activities, Bible study lessons, music, and prayer time.

Parents Night Out meets the second Friday of each month. Families can bring their special needs loved one for free respite care from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the church. A normal evening consists of crafts, snacks, and Veggie Tales (a favorite of our whole group).  Reservations are required to attend.

If you would like more information about current programs for special needs families, reserving a spot at Parents Night Out, or volunteering within this ministry, please contact the Children’s Ministry Office.
