Upward® is an evangelistic sports ministry specifically designed for K4 through sixth grade boys and girls that promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in every child. Here at Geyer Springs, we  offer Upward® basketball, cheerleading, soccer and flag football programs. You, the parent, will have the opportunity to pray for the program, coach a team, referee a game and/or share a devotion. In this program, every child plays and every child is a winner!!

Sign up today for Upward® Basketball. Registration deadline is December 8. Early registration cost per child is $45; after November 24, the cost will be $55.  Uniforms are included in the costs.

Evaluations dates are as follows:
4 yr old - 2nd grade: Monday, November 17,  6:00pm - 8:30pm
3rd grade - 6th grade: Tuesday, November 18, 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Make-up evaluations open for all ages: Thursday, November 20, 6:00pm - 8:30pm
*Every child must attend an evaluation.

The evaluations will be held at Oak Park Baptist Church in Little Rock.

Practices will now begin the week of Monday, December 8 and not the week of December 1. This is change from the brochure.
First game - Saturday, January 17, 2009.
Awards Celebration - Monday, February 23, 2009.

Forms and registration fee may be dropped off or mailed to Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. Our office hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
