Lynn McCarley joined the staff of Geyer Springs in August of 2007 as Minister to Women.  Lynn, her husband Dell, and their seven children have been active members of the church since March 1997.  Prior to joining the staff team, Lynn was very active in Women’s ministries while home schooling her children. Lynn is a native of Little Rock and received a master’s degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Arkansas, but her passion has been helping women grow in their walk with the Lord. 

Lynn ministers to women of all ages within the church through Ladies’ Bible Studies, mentoring ministries, mission work, prayer, and special events. There are also several women's retreats each year.
