Upward Flag Football is offered during the fall semester of each year. Flag Football is for boys and girls in kindergarten through 7th grade.

Upward Cheerleading is offered during the fall semester of each year. Cheerleading is for girls 4 years old (by August 1) through the 5th grade.

Registration for flag football and cheerleading will open in late spring.

All games and practices will be held at Raymar Fields.

Upward Soccer is offered during the spring semester of each year. Soccer is for boys/girls age 4 years old through the 6th grade. League fee includes reversible jersey top, shorts, socks.

The cost is $85 if you register before February 1. After that, the cost goes up to $95. The last day to register online is March 1. Players who are 2nd grade and older will need to attend an evaluation March 2 or 3. A reminder email will be sent in February to all who have registered to sign up for an evaluation day and time.

All evaluations, games and practices will be held at Raymar Fields.
